一是要牢记公检法机关工作人员不会通过电话、短信等途径进行网上办案，也不会通过QQ、微信等渠道发送拘留证、逮捕证等法律文书，更没有所谓的“安全账户”。凡是要求转账进行资金核查、要求提供验证码、银行卡号的都是诈骗!如果接到此类电话要第一时间挂断，并主动拨打官方电话进一步核实。

二是留学生如接到自称“警方办案”“协助调查”等可疑电话，请立即挂断，不听不信，如有疑虑及时通过官方渠道联系中国使领馆、当地或国内警方核实求助，并及时告知家长相关情况。留学生家长如果接到可疑电话，应当立即拨打110报警或拨打96110咨询，切勿轻信他人、转账汇款。

三是要安装注册“国家反诈中心”APP，并打开来电预警功能;同时积极关注国家反诈中心官方政务号(例如:微信、抖音、微博等)，了解骗子最新的诈骗手段，学习最新的反诈知识。

四是96110的来电一定要接，12381发来的短信一定要看，96110是全国预警反诈专线，12381是涉诈预警劝阻短信专用号码,如有任何疑问可及时拨打110或9611进行咨询。
