一、测试及执行机构

来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（China Scholastic Competency Assessment，简称CSCA）是在教育部指导下，国家留学基金管理委员会授权北京留金东方国际教育科技有限公司作为测试服务执行机构，全面负责考点建设、考务组织、技术支持等工作。考生可登录CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）了解更多信息。

二、测试科目

（一）理科中文

申请全英文授课本科学历教育的申请人无需参加专业中文测试；申请攻读汉语言本科专业的申请人如能提供有效期内HSK四级成绩报告，可免考专业中文。

（二）数学

数学是考察申请人基础学业能力和思维逻辑能力的重要依据，无论申请何种专业，数学均为必考科目。

三、测试形式

考试初期以居家网考为主，逐步在重点生源国家和地区设立线下考点。具体考点信息以官方网站(www.csca.cn)实际发布为准。

四、测试报名

1.报名时间

拟定于2025年11月初至下旬开放报名，具体时间安排及操作流程将通过CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）另行发布。

China Scholastic Competency Assessment

I.Test and Implementation Organization

The China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) for international undergraduate applicants to study in China is guided by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The China Scholarship Council has authorized Beijing Liujin Oriental International Education & Technology Co., Ltd. as the official test service implementation organization, which is fully responsible for test center construction, examination affairs organization, technical support, and other related work. Candidates can visit the official CSCA website at www.csca.cn for more information.

Starting from 2026, regular test services will be provided five times a year, held in January, March, April, June and December respectively. The specific test time and arrangements will be released on the official website (www.csca.cn).

VI. Test Fees

The fee for a single subject test is 450 RMB. For two or more subjects, the total fee is 700 RMB. The online registration and payment system supports major payment methods both in China and overseas, including Alipay, WeChat Pay, China UnionPay, VISA, and MasterCard.

VII. Score Release

The score release time varies depending on the test format. For online proctored home exams and offline computer-based centralized exams, scores will be published within 7 working days after the test. For paper-and-pencil exams, scores will be released within 14 working days after the test.
